The quote form asks for your name, phone number, property address and the type of window project. Anything you add in the details box comes with it. If you call or text us, we see your number and anything you tell us on the call.
How we use it
We use these details to call you back, book a measure, prepare your price and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else handles it
A few service providers help run this site and our phones: a form service that delivers quote requests, a call-tracking service that connects and logs calls to our number, and our web host. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site may be recorded for quality and training. A short message at the start of the call tells you when recording is on, so you can decide whether to continue.
Cookies and site data
Like most websites, this one may use cookies or similar tools to keep it working, to see which pages are useful, and to tell which page a call came from. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to quote and finish your job, and for any period the law requires for business records. After that they are deleted.

Children
This site is meant for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
